Yesterday, the President of the Sovereign Council of Sudan, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, described what happened yesterday in the country as a rebellion, stressing that the deep state is present everywhere in Sudan.

Al-Burhan confirmed that the rebellion contained the least possible losses, revealing that the authorities had offered the operations of the intelligence agency to join the army.

The proof also affirmed that all the financial issues of the rebels be addressed, expressing his belief that the matter is planned and prepared in advance.

He said, "Part of the rebels surrendered and others fled inside the residential neighborhoods, and we consider everyone who hinders the revolution's march from the deep state."

He added that "whoever commits an offense must be punished, stressing that the council will not tolerate those who tamper with the country's security and stability."

"We tried to remove the citizens and the rebels warned us before the storming operation," he said, explaining that any use of the weapons would have resulted in civilian casualties. He revealed attempts to unify political and military forces to restore confidence.

Al-Burhan confirmed that a joint committee had been formed to investigate the rebellion.

Al-Burhan assured that the sovereign council will not tolerate those who tamper with the country's security and stability.
