She added that if the daughter’s share due in the father’s or mother’s pension is interrupted due to marriage or joining work, her suspended share will be refunded if she is divorced, widowed, or quits work and does not have a pension or salary, confirming that the law established that if she widowed or divorced the girl after death The father or mother, she did not have a salary or pension, and she was not entitled to a share in the pension of her father or mother, a share will be created for her without prejudice to the shares of other beneficiaries.

Al Suwaidi explained that, unlike the boy, the age does not remove the girl from the pension, “where she stays in it until what God wills,” unless the conditions for entitlement are denied to her, while the child comes out of the pension if he joins work or reaches the age of 21, or 28 if he studies .
