The Appeal Public Prosecutor in Mount Lebanon accused the husband of actress Nancy Ajram Fadi Al-Hashem for the crime of killing the Syrian citizen Mohammed Al-Mousa, and the charge was referred to the first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon.

Commenting on the decision, Gabi Germanus, defense lawyer for Fadi Al-Hashem, said in a statement, "We were not surprised by the current claim that the natural path is for the file to turn into the first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon, with our confirmation that the investigating judge will issue a decision considering Dr. Fadi Al-Hashem's action was a legitimate self-defense." .

On Sunday, the Lebanese judiciary issued a decision to arrest the artist’s husband for shooting the Syrian citizen, on the grounds of his infiltration into his home in the Keserwan district for the purpose of theft.

While another account says that the Syrian youth was working for the artist Nancy Ajram and her husband, and he had not received his dues for a while and came to demand it.

Nancy condolences
For her part, Nancy attributed the dead family, stressing that what happened came "as a natural reaction from a father who witnessed a strange man entering the sanctuary of his home," adding, "If he was a Lebanese or a relative of him, but he acted in the same way."

For its part, the deceased's family denied that her son had anything to do with the accusations against him, and confirmed that he was working for Ajram, and the family considers what happened as an attempt to cover up what happened.

In this regard, the victim's mother said to the island, "This is a drama. They wrote it, took it out and produced it, and in the video it is not my son. Is there a thief stealing with a plastic gun?"

The incident still raises great interactions on social media platforms, while some solidarity with the Lebanese artist and put the crime in the field of self-defense, others questioned the story of Ajram and her husband, noting that the dead man was one of the workers in her home.
