The amendment to the constitutional reform approved by the Constitutional Affairs Committee of the Senate provides for the first signature of Dario Parrini (Pd). "This is an epoch-making reform," explains Parrini. "The paradoxical and anachronistic existence of a branch of parliament endowed with the same powers as the other but not elected by universal suffrage is overcome. The measure will conclude as soon as possible in plenary."
