The bankruptcy application has in the days been submitted to Stockholm District Court. Cramo AB is tired of waiting for the money.

- This is a case run by our head office in Stockholm. We have receivables of just over two million, but we are probably not the worst affected in this story, says a representative of Cramo to SVT.

Reconstruction

On the same day that Cramo filed its bankruptcy application to the District Court, Active Works chose to apply for a corporate restructuring, which also became the district court's decision. This means that Active Works will have three months to organize their business. The company states that it has liabilities of SEK 155 million.

The background is the protracted conflict between the contractors at Hästkullen's wind farm, which is in its fourth month and became known when the construction project was suddenly stopped in early October. What first emerged as a construction stop as a result of environmental violations at the construction site later developed into a big money conflict.

Big money

The contractor Nordex is alleged to have stopped payments to Active Works, which led to Active Works not being able to pay its subcontractors. Nordex, for its part, stated that money was paid to Active Works.

The conflict culminated a week ago when Active Works filed for bankruptcy, which led to the parties opting instead to settle in an arbitration proceeding.

Subcontractors in a pinch

Now the next chapter is written about the Hästkullen wind farm. Now it is Active Works that is threatened by bankruptcy and which allows one to have major liquidity problems as a result of the debts the company has to subcontractors in Viksjö. At the People's House in Viksjö, the crisis meetings have dissolved each other in the fall and several smaller companies are still threatened by bankruptcy.

However, the German Nordex, which is building the wind farm, has started paying out money alongside Active Works and the goal is for the building to be in full swing again at the end of February. Last week, Nordex stated that 20 million was paid to 15 subcontractors.
