The ceremony - which took place at the Arena Hall in the City Walk in Dubai - was attended by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Aviation Authority, Supreme President of the Emirates Airlines Group and His Excellency Mohamed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director General of the Diwan of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai and the team Saif Al Shafar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai, Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al-Marri, Attorney General of the Emirate of Dubai, Adviser Issam Eisa Al-Humaidan, Director General of the General Department of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al-Marri, and Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Academic Affairs and Training, Major General Dick Mohammed Ahmed bin Fahd toured, in addition to a number of senior officers, officials and guests from a number of sister countries and military attaches in the embassies of brotherly and friendly countries in the country and the parents of the graduates.

The ceremony started with national peace, then the graduation queue was reviewed by the patron of the ceremony, who inspected the graduate queue. After that, Brigadier Dr. Ghaith Ghanem Al-Suwaidi gave a speech on the occasion in which he referred to the use of modern technologies in academic programs and academic courses and obtained the approval of the Academic Accreditation Commission at the Ministry of Education On the launch of ten specialized tracks in the Bachelor of Security and Criminal Sciences, and the Academy won the award for the best work environment and happiness in the past year in the world.

At the end of the ceremony, the flag was delivered and received from the 27th to the 28th class accompanied by the oath, and the graduates chanted before leaving the field celebrating the life of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister Dubai Ruler.
