"He has been shot in the leg, but he should not be seriously injured," says Linda Vinge, RLC commander at the Central Police Region.
There was also a driver and a passenger in the car, but none of them are currently suspected of any crime.
During the night, several interrogations were held, but according to the police, the work was made more difficult as no one involved wanted to participate in the investigation.
The police have no other arrested or suspected.
