Hamburg (dpa) - After the funeral service for Jan Fedder at Michel in Hamburg, numerous people have said goodbye to the actor on St. Pauli. Police carried the coffin to a black limousine, which then drove over the Reeperbahn - past theaters, sex shops and the famous Davidwache. For 28 years, Jan Fedder had played police officer Dirk Matthies in the ARD series “Großstadtrevier”, who ensured law and order in the neighborhood. At the same time, the ships on the Alster and Elbe sounded their ship's horns to say “goodbye” to the actor again.
