A criminal case is under investigation under Part 1 of Art. 217 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Violation of the industrial safety requirements of hazardous production facilities, resulting in negligence causing serious harm to human health or major damage").
According to the investigation, as a result of the fire, an employee of the organization born in 1974 was injured, and about 12 million rubles were damaged.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the fire area at the refinery in Ukhta amounted to 1 thousand square meters. m
