The former wife of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Chelyabinsk region, Maria Sharpilova, is seeking the opportunity to see her children. According to Maria, ex-husband Anton Sharpilov persuaded her to sign documents so that the children would live with her father while she was on a business trip in Crimea. However, when the woman returned two months later, it turned out that the conditions for meetings with children had been changed for the worse for her without warning.

Maria and Anton met seven years ago, when both studied at the university in the second and fifth years, respectively. Two years after meeting, they played a wedding. The spouses gave birth to a son, Yermolai and daughter Pelageya, now they are four and two years old. In January 2019, Mary, according to her, found out that her husband has a lover.

In May, Mary filed for divorce. She notes that the process itself went peacefully and without quarrels, Anton did not make claims on property and did not try to take the children to himself. In June, a court ruling on divorce entered into force. The couple had not lived together for several months.

“When we signed the divorce papers, I asked him to help me with the children. Anton is a workaholic, he was rarely at home, came late in the evening, and also worked on weekends. I was afraid that he would abandon children altogether. And I suggested this scheme: he is a week with children, I am a week. He agreed, ”Maria recalls.

At first, everything went smoothly: Anton, according to his ex-wife, brought his son and daughter in time and drove away. Then Maria was sent on a long trip to the Crimea. She was supposed to go there in July and bought tickets for herself and the children.

“On June 28 we were with the children in the circus. After the performance, Anton took them to his mistress and did not return them. He said that he was worried about children who would remain unattended in Crimea, because I had to work. He suggested that I, without being distracted by anything, solve all the cases there and calmly return for the children. I believed him and flew away alone, ”Sharpilova laments.

According to Maria, while she was in Crimea, her ex-husband filed a lawsuit to determine the place of residence of the children. Anton explained to his ex-wife that he supposedly needed this paper in order to calmly take his children to the garden and clinics. Maria says that she did not suspect anything: the proposed schedule of meetings with children suited her, and she was not required to personally attend the court if she had no objections. In addition, at that time the woman did not have the opportunity to take a ticket home.

“My mistake is that I tried to resolve the issue peacefully and trusted my husband. I wanted to show gentleness, some kind of female wisdom - after all, I lived together for five years. In general, I don’t know why, but I signed this consent, ”says Sharpilova.

The court session was held without Mary. On August 7, another meeting was held at which the living conditions of the children with each of the parents were clarified: now the mother could see the children only three hours once a month. Maria, according to her, did not receive the notice of the second meeting, and the ex-husband did not speak about him either.

Since Maria had previously signed her agreement with the conditions proposed by her husband, the court considered that she automatically agreed with the changed schedule of meetings with children. In addition, the case file contains photographs that, according to Mary, should have convinced the judge that she cares little for children: dirty dishes on the stove, dumped boxes in the room, an empty refrigerator. Perhaps the photographs also influenced the court’s decision to leave the children with their father, a resident of Chelyabinsk believes.

Sharpilova says that the photos were taken in their former apartment with Anton, but when no one lived there: “I don’t understand why the court made such a decision, because even those conditions that are in the photo are not unsanitary.”

In early September, Maria returned from the Crimea, but, according to her, she could not see her children even once a month promised. The woman also says that she is not informed about the current whereabouts of her son and daughter. Once she managed to see Yermolai at a matinee in a kindergarten, "and then with a scandal."

Now Sharpilova earns enough to provide a son with her daughter and rent a three-room apartment, where there are all conditions for children, the woman adds.

“I don’t need money from him, I’ll solve my problems myself. The only thing we clung to is children, ”said a resident of Chelyabinsk.

According to Maria, Anton does not demonstrate a willingness to resolve the issue peacefully. “He says that I allegedly abandoned the children, did not care for them and went to the Crimea to have fun. Anton and his lawyer claim that I am mentally unstable and can harm children, ”she complains. - My ex-husband believes that I am in a sect, because I study a lot on online courses and trainings, I buy books. But I need it to work, I am an Internet marketer, I constantly need to learn there. The second argument - I was engaged in the distribution of products through the network marketing system. Neither one nor the other is a sect. ”

Maria Sharpilova filed a lawsuit in the Chelyabinsk Regional Court. Her ex-husband after the meeting said: "I am very happy and grateful that, finally, my ex-wife came and wanted to meet with the children."

His lawyer, Elena Hardina, said that the words of Maria Sharpilova “are not entirely true.”

“Anton Yuryevich acted like a real man, did not attract witnesses who would talk about the unfriendly attitude of Maria Sergeyevna to children. But now we have to do it. To prove that we had to file this lawsuit in the interests of the children, ”the lawyer said.

In turn, Maria’s lawyer notes that the father of the children does not allow them to see their mother in violation of court orders, and there is no evidence that the defendant did not fulfill her parental duties.

The hearing of the lawsuit about the Sharpilov’s children was postponed until January 23 due to the fact that both parties submitted additional evidence. RT will continue to monitor the situation.
