Nightclub owner: "It feels like I'm pressing replay"

Johan Lindh arrived at Birger Jarl at half past four this morning, just a quarter after police received several alarms about the explosion.

"I have no idea why this has happened and why it was placed on a container outside our property," says Johan Lindh, a partner.

He says the explosion happened on a container that stood in a parking lot at the back of the property, facing the castle slope. The property itself has not been damaged.

- In the parking lot we rented, there was some car that got a kiss from the bang.

The car was parked next to the container.

"It's too fucking bad when things happen, it sounds like I'm pressing a button that says replay," says Johan Lindh, a co-owner.

He has run the club for 20 years. Over the years, several incidents have occurred - knife cuts, hand grenades, firings and now an explosion.

- There have been a lot of things over the years. But there have been no threats. There are so many distorted things happening in society, so you won't be surprised by anything soon, ”says Johan Lindh.
