Ersson was convicted of a violation of the Aviation Act. As the punishment became a daily fine and not a prison, Ersson had to apply for a trial permit, which the Supreme Court of Western Sweden announced on Monday.
The activist is demanding that the High Court dismiss the charge and acquit her of liability.
