Police arrived five minutes after the alarm arrived and in the apartment was found the injured man who was taken by ambulance to hospital.
Shortly before three o'clock, the man was found to be suspected of causing the other man's injuries. He was taken for questioning and a preliminary investigation into attempted murder is initiated. The man, who is 35 years old, was later arrested by prosecutors.
Police have blocked both the crime scene and the apartment where the suspected man was arrested. Interviews have been held with other residents in the area and evidence of various kinds has been secured.
The injured man's condition is reported to be stable on Sunday morning.
