The budget aims to achieve the strategic vision of the emirate, improve the level of well-being and happiness of citizens and residents, and enhance financial, competitive, scientific, cultural and heritage sustainability of the emirate, and stimulate the overall economy, by adopting many strategic goals and indicators with economic, social, scientific and cultural dimensions.
Among the most prominent goals are promoting investment in infrastructure and other economic activities that achieve a competitive advantage for the emirate, and providing social support in various forms and methods that serve citizens and address their living needs, and ensure them social stability and economic well-being, and work to meet the different life needs of them, which motivates them to give The best, serious and effective contribution to making the Emirate of Sharjah a scientific platform, cultural platform and a distinctive tourism and economic environment, in addition to the growing interest in citizenship resources and human energies, and enhancing their role in construction and sustainable development The nation, which is seeking to achieve this budget during the fiscal year 2020, has increased the volume of spending expected for 2020 by 2%, compared to the budget in 2019.
