The two best blue freestylers of the moment, Tess Ledeux and Antoine Adelisee, will meet on Saturday in Font-Romeu in the Pyrenees for the Slopestyle World Cup.

For the only French Freestyle World Cup, skicross aside, Font-Romeu welcomes with Antoine Adelisse a rider in great shape, just crowned with a podium in Big air (a jump on a huge springboard) in Atlanta (States United States) at the end of December, his second career.

"In Atlanta, I made a leap never made in the history of freestyle skiing which gave me enormous recognition from other skiers, he says. During the momentum I catch my ski before and I keep it until the reception (back) while passing three times upside down.

"I fought to hold on my legs, it was crazy. I had it in mind but I had never + tackled it + in training, not even tried on an airbag, it was a visualization, a feeling that it could work. "

This result also enabled Adelisse (23) to win an invitation for the very selective and prestigious X Games in Aspen (Colorado, from January 23 to 26).

But before that, it's slopestyle on the program (a course with multiple bumps and elements to make figures), as for Tess Ledeux, member with Antoine Adelisse of French Free Ski, a team with shared funding between the private and the Federation French Ski School (FFS).

Already victorious twice in the Pyrenees, the double world champion (slopestyle in 2017, big air in 2019) only returns to competition after an injury to the left knee in early September (sprain of the internal ligament), for her 4th season already only 18 years old.
