World No. 2 Novak Djokovic dominated Russian Daniil Medvedev (5th) in straight sets (6-1, 5-7, 6-4) on Saturday in Sydney, bringing Serbia a second point in terms of accession to the ATP Cup final.

Earlier, the first single was won by Dusan Lajovic (34th) at the expense of Karen Khachanov (17th) in two innings (7-5, 7-6 (7/1)). Serbia is therefore qualified before even double.

In the final on Sunday, Djokovic and his partners will face Australia's Nick Kyrgios or Spain's world No.1 Rafael Nadal, who competed in the other semi-final that day.
