The CDR cell detained for terrorism last September will be fully released. The judge judge of the National Court Manuel García Castellón has agreed to allow bail of the only two arrested who remained in provisional prison. Jordi Ros Sola imposes 30,000 euros and Germinal Tomás 15,000. In addition, they must appear weekly at the police station and cannot leave Spain.

The decision assumes that the judge instructing the case assumes the position of the court that reviews its decisions on the case of the CoR. In successive resolutions that Chamber has expressed doubts about the entity of the investigation led by García Castellón and that he considers that the seven detainees in the Judas operation were a terrorist cell.

After the first doubts of the court, the Prosecutor's Office softened its criteria and accepted that those who had not had direct contact with the incendiary or explosive substances seized in the operation would be released on bail. Now the judge, before being ordered by the Chamber, agrees to also release those who handled them.
