New York (dpa) - In the trial of sexual assault against Harvey Weinstein, the judge rejected an application for his removal. Judge James Burke had asked Weinstein to "stop using his cell phone in the courtroom in a" biased and inflammatory manner, "the defense had argued. That's why he had to withdraw. Burke refused. The trial is about the allegations of two women - Weinstein is said to have forced one of them to have oral sex in 2006, and is said to have raped the other in 2013.
