The instructor of the procés , magistrate Pablo Llarena, on Friday sent the request to the European Parliament to suspend the immunity of former Catalan President Carles Puigdemont in application of the ruling of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia .

As EL MUNDO advanced, the judge of the Supreme Court keeps the Euro-order in force and asks the Euro-Chamber to raise the immunity it enjoys as a MEP Puigdemont as soon as possible in application of the ruling of the Grand Chamber of Luxembourg on its former number two in the Government , Oriol Junqueras.
