According to the indictment, a man in his 30s was driving and should have been the one who stabbed the man in the home with a knife in his chest. In company, he had another man in his 20s. The act was committed with special recklessness and cruelty, the prosecutor says.
The men, who are linked to the motorcycle gang Bandidos, claimed that the man has a debt of SEK 11,000 and abused him by also handing out several punches and kicks to the head and body. They must also have threatened to kill the man and his family. According to the indictment, the victim was also humiliated by being forced to kiss the men's feet.
The man at the age of 30 is charged with attempted murder, in the alternative, serious abuse, as well as attempted extortion. The man at the age of 20 is only prosecuted for attempted extortion. Both men deny crime.
