The prosecutor presented the most important evidence in the case, which is about the murder of a man at the age of 45. The man was shot to death in an apartment in Märsta last February and his body was found in a burning rice pile in Forsby outside Knivsta.

The evidence consists, among other things, of DNA traces, both from the apartment and from the plastic bar in Forsby. The five people charged with involvement in the murder deny crime. But one of them, a 15-year-old girl who is suspected of helping to clean up after the murder, told police that it was her 20-year-old boyfriend who shot.

"He can't live"

But when she was questioned by the prosecutor, she was very angry and answered most "no comments" to the questions about what happened in the apartment. As a result, the prosecutor cited the most important parts of the police interrogations, where, among other things, the 15-year-old says that the shots were fired by her boyfriend.

The first shot she saw herself, and after the murder, her boyfriend must have told her that "I shot him in the head, he can't live."

Prosecutor Anne Sjöblom points out that the district court should now adhere to what the girl told the police.

Why do you think she changed and no longer wants to tell you?

- I can only speculate, but a natural explanation is that she does not want to point out her boyfriend as a shooter, says Anne Sjöblom.

Sambon murder suspect

The 15-year-old girl's own defender says:

- She has already told us during the police interrogations and now she is in a situation where many close relatives sit near her in the courtroom. Among other things, her partner who is suspected of murder. It is a strained situation for her simply, says Göran Hjalmarsson, lawyer.
