Trapped during a sexual game. Three minors were arrested in the Rhône for “robbery with violence in a meeting”, for acts they are suspected of having committed on November 8 in the fourth arrondissement of Lyon.
On that day, one of them went to the Croix-Rousse with a 45-year-old man, whom he met via social networks. The forty-something invited him in the hope of sharing an intimate relationship with him. Except that the tête-à-tête quickly becomes a nightmare.
The victim left almost for dead
The host agrees to be tied up but quickly understands that the one he covets has other purposes in mind. Meanwhile, he took the opportunity to bring in two of his accomplices, said the Lyon police. Realizing that he had been trapped, the forty-something tries to fight and break his ties. He also tries to physically oppose his attackers and receives heavy blows to the head. The three miners seized a fire extinguisher and struck him 11 times in the face before fleeing, leaving the man inanimate but taking his phone and digital tablet.
The suspects already involved in a robbery?
The investigation bounced back in early January thanks to another news item: an attempted robbery of a tobacco shop, which occurred in Villeurbanne, on January 3. The police will realize that two of the suspects, who have since been held in pre-trial detention, are involved in the attack on their forties. The DNA of one of them was even found on the ties used to tie up the victim. The third thief, also aged 16, was later identified.
While in police custody, the three accomplices admitted the facts ruling out the homophobic nature of the attack. They made it clear that they only intended to commit a burglary. They must be brought this Thursday before the Lyon Prosecutor's Office for the opening of a judicial investigation.
As for the victim, she was able to be rescued and then hospitalized. However, she was issued a 30-day ITT.
