For entrepreneurs operating without a legal entity, the amount will be from 50 to 100 thousand rubles, and for legal entities - from 1 million to 1.5 million rubles. They also face administrative suspension of activity for up to 90 days.

In addition, liability is being tightened against foreigners and stateless persons. For such an offense, they can be fined up to 30 thousand rubles, or be expelled from the country, or receive administrative arrest for up to 15 days.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has proposed a sentence of up to two years in prison.
