SK opened a lawsuit due to the death of three children in a fire near Yaroslavl

This is stated in a message on the website of the SU IC of Russia in the Yaroslavl region.

The case was initiated under Part 3 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (causing death by negligence to two or more persons).

Investigators believe that one of the main versions of the cause of the fire is a wiring failure.

Earlier it was reported about the death of three children in a fire in the Yaroslavl region.

Their parents were taken to the hospital with burns.
