At the end of last week, the Toulouse police from the specialized field brigade in the north were called for a fight at Place Stéphane-Hessel in the Minimes district. When they arrived, the fighters deserted the place, but the police noticed the suspicious behavior of a young man.
When they control him, the police find on him a bank card that does not belong to him, but also cash. They came from a purse that had just been stolen from La Vache metro station, two metro stops away. To rob him, the young man had raped his owner, a 65-year-old lady, to the point of breaking his humerus.
Supported by the emergency services, she escaped with six weeks of total incapacity for work (ITT). The alleged thief was arrested and brought before the courts for a judgment in immediate appearance.
