The accident occurred on the 266th kilometer of the federal highway Tyumen - Khanty-Mansiysk.
“According to preliminary data, the bus made a U-turn on the highway, the driver was not convinced of safety,” the department said.
The bus that was traveling from Tajikistan to Surgut contained 30 passengers.
As a result of the accident, the driver and passenger of the truck were killed.
Earlier, URA.RU reported that an accident occurred in the area of the village of Agapovka, resulting in four deaths.
