03 January 2020A 53-year-old man, Roberto D'Angelo, was killed yesterday evening in Foggia, in Viale Candelaro, in a non-central area of ​​the city. The man was hit by two pistol shots while driving a Fiat 500 L. According to a first reconstruction, the victim was accompanied by a motorcycle from which the shots were fired. On the spot, the state police carried out the findings. The area is served by numerous video surveillance cameras.

Roberto D'Angelo was a car dealer and had a history of property crime dating back several years. At the moment the investigators of the mobile team exclude that the man is placed in a local mafia context. D'Angelo was only driving the car, a Fiat 500 L, which was joined by a motorbike with one or two people on fire who fired. As far as we know, D'Angelo would have been hit by two fatal blows to the back of the neck. At the moment, investigators are not aware that the man had had disagreements or quarrels with someone in the recent past.
