Eskil Erlandsson was charged with three counts of sexual assault, according to the lawsuit application that he had stroked or stroked three women on the thighs. Erlandsson has repeatedly denied a crime, and was released on all counts by the Stockholm District Court in early December.

Prosecutor Lena Kastlund has previously stated that she does not appeal the verdict to the court of appeal, but now two of the plaintiffs continue with the appeal anyway.

“NN and YY believe that the actions that Eskil Erlandsson performed against them have such a clear sexual orientation that it is considered as sexual offenses. It has been a matter of caressing and pilling on their thighs, under the table, in a work situation in the context they met at Eskil Erlandsson as a work colleague ”, writes lawyer Sabina Böö at Block lawyers in Stockholm in the appeal, according to Smålandsposten.
