The woman who is 18 years of age alerted police at 7pm on New Year's Day. She told her that she had been withdrawn and raped in the hamburger chain's toilet, writes Aftonbladet.
"She has been subjected to a complete rape," Johan Wernsten, on-duty investigative officer at the police, told the newspaper.
The night against Thursday, a younger man was arrested. Police say he was arrested south of town.
Earlier on New Year's Day, a 15-year-old girl was taken to hospital following a suspected rape in Hässelby farm in west Stockholm. And on New Year's Eve, a woman should have been raped outdoors near Kungsträdgården in central Stockholm. She was also taken to hospital.
