Some body parts send hints that everyone cannot understand and know their causes, indicating the need to take more care of health.

In her report, published by the Russian "FBI" website, the writer Olga Simchenko reviewed a list of odors that emanate from the body and indicates the presence of some health problems.

What does sweat say about the body?
Some people are ignorant of the presence of different types of smells of sweat, each of which indicates the presence of a specific problem, and if the smell of sweat produced by the body is very unpleasant, despite all the rules of hygiene, this may indicate the presence of various diseases in the body. Like:

1- If the smell of acetone emitted from the smell of sweat, this may indicate an increase in blood sugar, which in turn is caused by insulin deficiency, which greatly increases the level of glucose.

2- If the smell of sweat is similar to the smell of ammonia, this indicates the presence of problems in the liver and kidneys, and is due to the fact that the substances that have been poorly digested enter the bloodstream, then the body excretes it with sweat.

Besides, the smell of ammonia can appear due to mastopathy, tuberculosis, or disorders in the functioning of the thyroid gland.

3- If the smell of sweat is similar to the smell of hydrogen sulfide, this indicates the presence of problems in the digestive system.

4- If the smell of sweat is similar to that of honey, it is due to cystitis.

5- The smell of sweat, which is similar to vinegar, indicates a lack of vitamins B and D in the body. The emission of an unpleasant smell from the body indicates the presence of problems in the lungs and kidneys, gum diseases, sore throats and the digestive system.

What about urine smell?
If the smell of urine is similar to the smell of fish, then it portends a sexually transmitted disease. But if the smell of urine is similar to the smell of acids, it is not unlikely that this is due to gastritis.

It is necessary to pay attention not only to the smell of urine, but also to its color. If the color of urine is dark, this indicates dehydration, which requires drinking large quantities of water.

If the urine is brown, this indicates that the liver is seriously ill.

In general, if you notice that your urine changes dramatically without an apparent reason, you should urgently consult a doctor and perform the necessary checks.
