Alarms about a gang walking around a square in central Örebro and throwing firecrackers at people, another youth gang throwing firecrackers at a fast food restaurant in central Örebro. Elsewhere in Örebro, it is thrown at cars and passers-by and in stairwells.

- We receive reports all the time that youth gangs shoot rockets and throw firecrackers at people. It is completely hair-raising. I've never been to anything like it, says Lars Hedelin.

- There is a lot of youth in a lot of places in Örebro, so we do as best we can. But if we get hold of them, we pinch them. But it is important that we get hold of them.

- But it can be difficult to prosecute them, because it has to be documented. It can go with documentation and testimonials of course, says Hedelin.

What can you do if you get hold of someone?

- Whether they can be arrested depends on age and what they have done. If we can bind them to a crime, we can arrest them. Then of course we can pick them firecrackers and other things they are not entitled to. They can also be rejected from the place, so drive them somewhere else.
