The criminal court in Dubai started the trial of a supervisor of workers in a government department, an inattentive citizen, the owner of a villa, during the supervision of the accused to provide the house with a service affiliated with the department, and stole the two diamond rings, after he entered the bedroom using the empty house during the installation process, and revealed Dubai police investigations The accused had similar criminal records, despite his work in a government department.

The owner of the house said that a number of employees of that department came to the villa to provide it with some basic services, install a system for that department, and the accused was supervising the work, and the only one who entered the villa and examined its rooms, pointing out that his wife told him after the employees left the disappearance of the two diamond rings from Above the bedroom dressing table, his suspicions arose in the supervisor, as he watched him enter his room, so he wrote a report in the center of Al-Rashidiya.

Upon receiving the report, a work team was formed and the suspect was arrested. One of the seals was found in his home, but he denied his theft, indicating that he had bought it from a store in the Emirate of Sharjah, and investigations revealed that he had precedents, as he committed the same theft in the same way.

Investigations reported that individuals from the Dubai Police team moved with the accused to the central market in the Emirate of Sharjah to review the shop from which he claimed to buy the ring, and it was inquired from the owner of the store, whether he sold the ring to the accused, then he was totally denied, confirming that he had no rings with the specifications The same, as the ring was priced at another store, and its market value turned out to be around 10,000 dirhams, contrary to the defendant's claim that he bought it for a different amount.
