As the department noted, the recommendations developed by the Ministry of Labor on the observance of ethical standards by civil servants to combat corruption are universal.

“In 2017, the Russian Ministry of Labor developed and sent out to interested bodies recommendations on compliance by state (municipal) employees with ethical standards in order to combat corruption and other offenses,” RIA Novosti reports.

The ministry emphasized that these recommendations are universal in nature and affect many aspects of the behavior of civil servants.

Earlier, Petrov proposed introducing moral rules for the behavior of officials at corporate parties, as well as tightening control over the use of budget funds for such holidays.
