The Office of the University Ombudsman of the Rey Juan Carlos University already recommended almost six months ago to take action against a Rector's fellowship after receiving complaints of threats and interference in other people's mails by other students and employees of the university. The defendant is also a student of the center and participated in a meeting of the Student Council in February, whose minutes said that they called attention to request "a violent mobilization against the Rectorate." That anger ended even with complaints in the police station of Móstoles, because the complaints against this fellow have been taken to different instances.

Among the insults that say this fellow and student referred to other classmates, the defender's report quoted, for example: "subnormal", "mentally retarded", "illiterate", "pathetic", "human waste" ... Faced with those Complaints, the Ombudsman recommends that the URJC Scholarship and Collaboration Regulations be reviewed and that Article 13 be applied, which invites rethinking the award of the scholarship. However, such review has not yet occurred.

Several students in contact with this newspaper say that there have been more than 15 complaints and writings to request an action by the Rector and the inspection of services and even a meeting with the Director General of Universities of the Community of Madrid, Sara Gómez.

A spokesman for the University Rey Juan Carlos, meanwhile, has explained to this newspaper that "there has been an internal investigation for a long time and, when it concludes, the university will take the measures it deems appropriate."

For now, they added, this investigation is paralyzed by the Christmas holidays, but will resume from January 8.

The complaint, which has also reached this newspaper, specifies other phrases such as “we can be correct and argue that it is not right because we are not a violent collective. Or we can give it to him, but in exchange he will beat him up. I vote for the second option ». According to the complainants, the attitude of this Rector's Scholar was due to one reason: to intimidate certain students to vote for a motion of censure against the rector, Javier Ramos. Once complaints about him circulated, he allegedly accessed the mail of the General Secretariat of the University, so, they say, he could read the e-mails sent by one of the harassed students who denounced him.
