According to TASS, during the meeting it became known that three new criminal cases had been instituted against Raul Arashukov under Art. 160 of the Criminal Code (“Assignment or embezzlement”).
In another case under the same article, Rauf Arashukov’s mother Nelli and his sister Kamila Agoeva go through. According to lawyers, they left Russia and were put on the wanted list.
In early March, Raul Arashukov was charged with embezzlement of gas and the creation of a criminal community. His son is charged with several counts of contract killings.
