“A fire message was received at Petrogradsky District, Bolshaya Zelenin Street, 28,” the message of the State Ministry for Emergencies in St. Petersburg reads.
It is noted that combustion was detected in an apartment on the sixth floor of the building.
It is also specified that the flame spread to the attic and the roof.
Nine people were evacuated, according to preliminary data, there were no injuries.
More than 40 people and eight pieces of equipment are participating in the elimination of the fire.
