The prosecutor's office found that the district education department did not control the situation and did not prevent illegal actions by the school administration.
Based on the results of the inspection, the department made a presentation to the head of the district and the head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Tukaevsky district.
In this case, the audit materials were transferred to the investigating authorities.
Earlier, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia Vladimir Kolokoltsev instructed to bring to disciplinary responsibility the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan Artyom Khokhorin because of the exercises with the participation of schoolchildren.
