The court confronted the accused with the charges attributed to him, and he confessed to beating the victim with the intention of stealing, indicating that he was sitting around 12 o'clock near the Jubail market in Sharjah on one of the seats, and he was under the influence of alcoholic beverages, and in need of funds, so he saw the victim with a sum of money, He thought it was a great amount.

He added that he thought about the mechanism of stealing the victim, and found a piece of wood near him, and he went to the victim and beat him with it on the head from the back and fell, indicating that he only found 15 dirhams and a mobile phone, attributing the reason for his theft to his need for money, and drinking wine, as He was unaware of what he had done, and handed the phone to the investigation after he was caught.

In turn, the Public Prosecution requested the conviction of the accused, while the court decided to postpone the case to the session of January 13 and announce the victim to the date of the hearing to hear his statements, while the accused continued to be imprisoned.
