In a terrifying scene, a security guard kidnapped a two-year-old boy while his grandmother was busy for a few seconds at a supermarket in South Africa this week.
Surveillance cameras showed footage of a security guard at a supermarket snatching the unidentified boy from a shopping cart while his grandmother was at the Crescent Center in Durban.
When the grandmother realizes that the boy is gone, she rushes outside and encounters the fugitive guard and grabs the little boy from the man's arms before he reappears in the store. The grandmother informed the Crescent Mall administration of the incident, which called the police and immediately identified him as a supermarket guard
The security guard has been accused of kidnapping, and the police say the man works as a security guard in a supermarket, and that his motives are "unclear."
