“We are now promoting integration that does not in the least diminish the sovereignty of either Russia or Belarus,” Lukashenko said.

Speaking about integration issues, the Belarusian leader mentioned the so-called 31st map, which contains a plan for building supranational bodies.

Lukashenko explained that he had agreed not to speak on this topic with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“We are not sharing any sovereignty,” he added.

Earlier, Lukashenko announced tremendous progress in developing cooperation with Russia, including through the Union State.

On December 20, the Minister of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Oreshkin named the issues not yet agreed between Moscow and Minsk within the framework of the Union State.

According to him, these are agreements in the oil, gas and tax spheres.
