The Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart Government program is organized annually to honor the various local authorities, and to appreciate the efforts made in improving government services, and to identify the achievements and best practices that have been achieved, through the initiatives launched by the government departments and agencies, which numbered 70 initiatives worked on these Entities to improve 40 key services, as nine initiatives were nominated this year.

During the meeting, 500 traders were selected from the target audience, in addition to the services dealers, where they shared their opinions and suggestions on the importance of the initiatives and candidate services.
