December 24, 2019 A former spokesperson for Donald Trump's presidential campaign in 2016, AJ Delgado, sued the president for sexual discrimination.

Politico reports, pointing out that in the legal appeal filed with a Manhattan court, the woman reports that she was cut off shortly before the 2016 presidential election, immediately after letting her know she was pregnant.

The appeal also concerns Trump's transition team (Tfa, Trump for America).

"The plaintiff immediately and inexplicably stopped receiving emails and other forms of communication from the campaign and from Tfa, including those relating to projects she was working on," reads the complaint. Delgado said she got pregnant after a story with Trump campaign advisor Jason Miller who denied parterning.
