The launch of the system comes in the interest of establishing Dubai to consolidate joint cooperation with its strategic partners, from governmental and private entities and institutions, and to provide distinguished services that contribute to enhancing institutional performance.
General Director of the General Department of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, Major General Mohammed Al Marri, said that Dubai residence is keen to provide innovative services, keeping pace with the strategic directions of the state, and the future plans of the Dubai government in the field of smart services, stressing that the launch of the electronic "partnership portal" system came as a translation of the directives His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, for the smart transformation of the Dubai government, and in line with the “Paperless Government” initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council , Which aims to employ technology and technology Advanced data in building an integrated system of government work completely free of leaves, in line with the requirements of the cities of the future.
