The decision to sell the ice hall was made by a unanimous municipal council last autumn and Mäklarhuset in Norrköping was given the assignment two weeks ago.

Do you think it will be difficult to sell it?
- Hard to answer. It is a very special item. I have never sold any ice cream before.
