It is reported by TASS.

On December 12, the State Duma adopted the bill in third reading.

The document proposes to allow tobacco smoking at airports in special isolated rooms that are equipped with ventilation systems.

It is assumed that they will be located in areas intended for the stay of passengers registered for the flight after the pre-flight inspection and areas for passengers traveling in transit.

The first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education and Science Gennady Onishchenko, in an interview with Sputnik radio, commented on the adoption of the bill by the lower house of parliament.
