The second training run for the Val-d'Isère Ladies' Alpine Skiing World Cup was canceled on Friday due to the wind, while the weather looks milder on Saturday (downhill) but bad Sunday (combined).

The first downhill training had taken place on Thursday, but the strong wind blowing on the Savoy resort on Friday forced the organization to cancel the second run of the skiers. The giant gentlemen scheduled for last weekend had already been canceled due to the wind.

According to the weather forecast, the weather looks better on Saturday for the descent, but could again be a problem on Sunday, day of the combined, where heavy snowfall is expected (between 40 and 60 cm).
