“Two Muscovites were born in 1966 and 1980, who were suspected of killing a man whose body without a head and hands was found on December 13 on the banks of the Ruza River near the village of Shornovo, Ruzsky urban district,” the department said.

According to investigators, the deceased is a 53-year-old private jeweler from Odintsov. Relatives did not know about his whereabouts since November 24.

The UK found that on November 24, a man came to his acquaintances in one of Moscow's shopping centers, where there was a conflict between them. One of the men stabbed the jeweler, as a result of which he died.

After that, the suspects, according to the IC, took the body of the deceased in a bag from the commercial premises and drove him to the shore of Ruza.

A criminal investigation into the murder article is ongoing. The issue of the arrest of suspects is being addressed.
