19 December 2019The Court of Rome Review rejected the request for mitigation of the precautionary measure presented by the defense of Anastasia Kylemnik, fiancée of Luca Sacchi, the 24-year-old personal trainer killed on the night between 23 and 24 October last in front of the pub John Cabot, in the Appio area, in the capital.

For the 25-year-old, the measure of the obligation to sign is therefore in force. The same court also rejected the request for mitigation of the precautionary measure presented by the lawyers of Giovanni Princi, Sacchi's friend who then remains in prison. The two are accused of attempting to purchase 15 kilograms of drugs.

The reasons for the Review Court will be announced within 45 days.
