US Senate Committee Approves New Sanctions Bill Against Russia

The relevant bill, the Democratic senators introduced to Congress in February. It is called the “Defending American Security from Kremlin Aggression Act of 2019”.

“DASKA passed the approval of the committee. 17 for, against - five, ”the representative of the committee said.

After approval by the committee, the document is put to the vote by the general composition of the Senate.
