The Office expects that in Kiev they will responsibly approach the implementation of the Minsk complex of measures, avoiding the substitution of concepts and distortion of the agreements of the leaders of the “Norman Four”.
Diplomats expressed confidence that this will contribute to a comprehensive political settlement of the conflict in the Donbass.
The project was submitted to the Verkhovna Rada by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and identified as urgent. In particular, it is proposed to change the administrative-territorial structure of the country.
